Order claims & spare parts
Local preview · September 2026
Report an identifiable issue
Provide the order reference, product model, affected quantity, carton marks and clear photographs or video. Explain whether the issue affects assembly, function, appearance, packing or a missing component.
Photographs that can be matched to a shipment
Show the carton mark and the fault in the same set of pictures. Include enough of the vehicle to see the configuration: body, wheels, seat and the part involved. A close-up with no order reference is difficult to match to a loading list.
Use the agreed terms
Claim windows, evidence requirements, replacement parts, credits and other remedies must be agreed in the sales contract. This B2B preview does not promise consumer-style returns or a universal warranty period.
Plan spare parts before ordering
Discuss the components that your team may need to replace and how each part is identified: remote, charger, wheel, motor, seat belt, hardware pack. Ask about availability, compatibility, minimum quantity and documentation for the specific model before the first shipment leaves.
How the desk reviews a claim
Identify the shipment first
Order reference, model, carton marks and affected quantity. Photographs show the mark and the fault together, so the case can be matched to the loading record before anything else moves.
Assess with the responsible supplier
The configuration, accessory pack and production batch determine who reviews the issue and which replacement part applies. That review stays tied to the platform record.
Resolve within the agreed terms
Replacement parts, credits, delivery method and time limits follow the sales contract. Where spares are needed, they are identified the same way — by model and configuration.
Spare parts, identified by model
Spares are easiest to plan before the first shipment leaves. Each item below belongs to a specific platform — a part that looks similar in a photograph is not evidence of compatibility.
Replacement parental remote
Identify by model and frequency marking; a similar-looking remote from another platform will not pair.
Charger and plug
Voltage, connector and destination plug are model-specific; confirm against the approved configuration.
Wheels and hardware
Wheel fitment and the hardware pack vary by platform; order by model rather than by photo.
Battery and fuse parts
Chemistry and position matter; replacements follow the same shipping rules as the original.
